Our South Facing pool overlooks a large Pine Forrest.

• A feature of the Villa is the 30ft x 14ft shaped pool, steps leading down at the shallow end (3ft deep), 7ft at the deep end with a love seat. 
• Pool lighting for the evenings. 
• The surrounding patio is furnished with a Table & 6 Chairs, 4 Sun Loungers in luxury padded patio furniture, a Parasol, Toy box with pool toys, inflatables, water pistols etc.
• The pool deck area is completely covered in a fine fly screen mesh, to keep the pool clean, also keeping the insects and wildlife out.  
• The pool is serviced weekly, so that you can be sure it is nice and clean to swim in.
• The pool area has enough seating for everyone to enjoy a relaxing day or evening by the pool.

NEW for 2006 - A 6 foot high fence and bushes on both SIDES of the pool, with lemon and conifer trees at the back. 
The pool has recently been resurfaced with "Diamond Brite" giving a lovely blue finish.
*Pool heating via a Heat Pump system is also available should you require it at a small additional charge. The temperature is set to 32c (90F). Normally only required during the winter months. Heat pumps are better at heating the water, as they work even when it's cloudy (assuming it's warm - and it usually is!) Never the less we can not guarantee the pool temperature.
