the minimum rate for a stay that covers 31st Dec is £590
($1062) irrespective of the period stayed (up to 7 days), unless the booking includes

"Up To 6 guests" rate is a CONCESSIONARY rate for smaller
parties.
It applies ONLY for the use of 3 bedrooms, if you use more than 3 bedrooms
the security deposit will be forfeited.
