"Up To 6 guests" rate is a CONCESSIONARY rate for smaller
parties.
It applies ONLY for the use of 3 bedrooms, if you use more than 3 bedrooms your
security deposit will be used to upgrade you to the 5 bedroom rate.

will secure your booking with the balance due SIX weeks before

500 Refundable Security Bond which
will be collected in Florida (By means of a Credit Card swipe), this will be
cancelled on confirmation from our
Managing Agent that all is satisfactory on your departure.
