the minimum rate for a stay that covers 31st Dec is £590
($1180) irrespective of the period stayed (up to 7 days), unless booking includes

"Up To 6 guests" rate is a CONCESSIONARY rate for smaller
parties.
It applies ONLY for the use of 3 bedrooms, if you use more than 3 bedrooms
the security deposit will be forfeited.

will secure your booking with the balance due SIX weeks before

250 Refundable Security Bond which
will be collected in Florida (By means of a Credit Card swipe), this will be
cancelled on confirmation from our
Managing Agent that all is satisfactory on your departure.

utility bills, cleaning fees & ALL taxes (at 11%).

are happy to give a discount for
rentals of 3 weeks and over.
AND Don't
forget our 7% DISCOUNT FOR REPEAT
RENTALS.
This discount applies to both Villa rental
